"Sounds like hidden camera show. It's ridiculous to have your kids subjected to this type of behavior," said Curtis Thompson Curtis and Tiffany Thompson say they and their family were discriminated against and harassed at the Chuck E Cheese on 38th Street last summer. It was their son Bryce's 4th birthday party and the Thompson's say they noticed the then-manager Ken McGill antagonizing customers. "He was making profanities. He was saying racial things under this breath, mumbling things under his breath, walking past people saying things. I mean he was literally going up to people and provoking them," said Tiffany Thompson. The Thompson's say they had just ordered a pizza when McGill told them to get a to-go box, that their time was up. But, when they tried to leave, Tiffany says McGill blocked the door and eventually called the police who surrounded them in the parking lot. The scene was so chaotic according to the Thompson's that their youngest child - who has a medical condition - had not one, but two seizures from all the stress. The Thompson's are not the only customers to complain. In April Fox 59 brought you the story of several families who took legal action against manager Ken McGill and the parent company of Chuck E Cheese. Stories of similar situations at the Castleton restaurant involving the same manager *after* he was transferred from the 38th Street location -- and after the Thompson's complained, called and emailed. "Could have been avoided, should have never occurred in the first place. Who calls the police on people at Chuck E Cheese?" said Tiffany Thompson.
